A paralegal with five years of supervised legal experience across Property, Corporate, Litigation and Commercial Contracts came to us believing her only route to qualification was completing the LPC, a course that the majority of providers had by then withdrawn from the market. With no training contract and no realistic way to access the LPC, she felt her route had effectively closed.

Following our Quick Check assessment, she discovered she did not need the LPC at all. Her background placed her within the transitional framework, and the assessment identified a route that worked entirely around the course she could no longer access, saving her the cost and time of pursuing a qualification stage the market had made near impossible to obtain.

A senior paralegal came to us having been called to the English Bar following completion of the BPTC.
